One of the most common searches is «cannabis club open now». It is a fair question, but for a private association the answer has two parts: the opening hours of the venue, and the conditions for getting in. They are not the same thing.
The opening hours
Grasshopper Weed Club is open 12:00 to 23:00, seven days a week, at Carrer de Calàbria, 29, in Sant Antoni (Eixample).
Those hours run straight through: no midday closing, no weekly rest day.
«Open» does not mean «open to anyone»
This is the distinction worth understanding before travelling across town. A cannabis social club is a private non-profit association, not a shop. The venue being open does not mean you can walk in from the street.
To get in you need:
- To be a member, with prior and personal registration.
- Photo ID, presented at the door.
- To meet the minimum age the club requires.
- To accept the association rules.
This is why an association does not work like a bar or a café: the hours tell you when the space is available to its members.
If it is your first time
The practical move is to sort out membership before coming, not on arrival. The process is short, but doing it with some margin avoids waiting at the door and wasted journeys.
Once registered, the hours work as anywhere else: you arrive whenever suits you within the opening window.
What you will find inside
The space is designed for staying, not passing through. There are pool tables, board games and sport on screen. It is also a pet friendly club: you can bring your pet.
Recurring activities organised by the club are announced internally among members. This website does not publish the days and times of each activity, because that schedule is managed by the club and changing it without notice would send people on the wrong day.
Worth being clear about
- It is not a point of sale to the public. Access is members only.
- Sale is prohibited outside the association framework, and consumption in public spaces is prohibited in Barcelona.
- No catalogue is published — no strains, no prices, no availability.
